The Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results – Anglophone Africa (CLEAR-AA), in partnership with Twende Mbele, is embarking on a tracer study to better understand the effects of our work aimed at strengthening evidence use and M&E processes in parliaments over the last three years. The tracer study is specifically looking at the learning gained and the ways in which participants of capacity strengthening initiatives have been able to apply and transfer the learning gained within their specific parliamentary contexts.
We are seeking the services of consultants based in Tanzania, Uganda, Benin, Ghana and Kenya who could assist with data collection largely through direct, face to face interviews with parliamentarians and parliamentary staff (including researchers, content advisors, M&E officers, strategic planning officers). The services are required for a short term consultancy period of approximately 5 to 10 days between August and September 2019. For more information / to indicate your interest, please contact Hermine directly at [email protected] by no later than 25th July (accompanied by a brief CV with details of relevant experience).
